OMG! Crushes are like, the BEST!!! (But Also Super Weird)

OMG! Crushes are like, the BEST!!!

(But Also Super Weird)

My heart goes.... ohh no....

Okay, so have you ever had just a glance at someone and your stomach does this FLIP FLOP thing? Or

may be waiting in bus for just the arrival of that someone, may be you have written the name in your

notebook a million times with little hearts around it? Yeah, that's called a CRUSH 💗💗💗,  and let

me tell you, it's ROUGH.

The Land of Butterfly Feelings 💕💕💕

Being a teenager is basically like living in a music video with way more pimples and homework.

Suddenly, EVERYONE seems super attractive, especially THAT person. You know, the one who

makes you forget your notebooks in your classroom and blush like a tomato. It's like your brain

is filled with butterflies having a rave party every time they're around.

Wait, This Isn't Exactly Like the Movies...

Here's the thing: crushes in movies are all sunshine and rainbows. But in real life, they can be

kinda...confusing. Suddenly you care WAY too much about what they think, even if they haven't

even noticed you. And don't even get me started on the stalking – I mean, FOLLOWING – them

on social media and freaking out if they don't like your post. (Don't do that, by the way. It's

creepy.)

Is This Even Love? 💘

Hold up! Before you write your wedding vows in glitter pen, let's take a step back. A crush is

intense, but it's usually based on how someone looks or seems from afar. Real love is about

knowing someone for who they are, even the annoying parts.

So What Do I Do About My Crush?

First, breathe!  DeeeeeeeeP breathe.....

It's totally normal to feel this way. The HORMONES playing inside youR Body & Minds!!.....

Here are some tips:

● Talk it out: Don't bottle it up in your heart! Tell your Sibling or BFF(duh) or someone you trust (Mother, Bhabhi, Masi,..)...

● Get to know them: Maybe they're actually super nice! Or maybe they listen to Justin

Bieber unironically (shudder).

● Focus on you: Don't let your crush define you. Rock your hobbies, hang with your

squad, and be awesome!

Mom is the best friend!

The Bottom Line :

Crushes are a wild ride, you may not be able to stop, but they can teach you a lot about yourself and what you want in a future life partner (someone who DOESN'T listen to Justin Bieber, hopefully). Enjoy the butterflies,💕💕💕 but remember, YOU are the real star of your own teen movie. Daily look into your mirror and love that person in your mirror!

Enjoy your fantacy....... fly with feelings .... higher and higher....💗💗💗

QUALITY OF TEACHING, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT NEED OF THE HOUR

 QUALITY OF TEACHING

vs

Expensive infrastructure, expensive uniforms, expensive textbooks....

Time has come to review the quality of teaching across India.

One side government run-free panchayat schools and municipal schools, then the government aided private schools, missionary run convent schools, CBSE, ICSE, IB board schools...

The quality of teaching in expensive infrastructure, expensive uniforms and expensive textbooks also need review. Are these elite schools' students go for NEET JEE EXAMS coaching outside or not?

UNIFORMS wearing TIE, JACKET, BLAZER are not helping much in their brain develiopment for skills. Air-conditioned classroom are also not good for physical health in long run.

Shantiniketan model of Shri Rabindranath Tagore is an example for learning in India. Unfortunately we follow Maqulay model of school education even after 76 years of independence.... GURUKOOL model or say residential school away from main cities and near to nature to be thoght of.

Children need to expose to agriculture, dairy industries and village life also, to know where rual bharat live in and feed us.

How poor and middle class students will get grooming in Panchayat and municipal schools?

State boards, CBSE, ICSE, IB, government schools, Governmanet aided schools, private schools, all should have equal quality of teaching as such.

Is your son/daughter driving safe from ROAD accident? Head scarves a must, but no HELMET.

How much do you love your life? How much do you love your son/daughter? How much you care for the life your son/daughter?
I have observed in cities of Gujarat, that two wheelers are driven by schools students before they reach the eligibility to drive. Parents, school administration and RTO/traffic police are equally responsible for this situation. Justifying the need to have two wheelers for academic purpose has become a fashion. Driving around at top speed to meet the time deadlines between, school, home and tuition class daily. Peer pressure to have better and better scooter/bike with higher CC and speed capacity is tempting them to purchase beyond their own means.
PARENTS are first to blame to pamper their child so much with their extra income. School administrator are not strictly putting ban on entry of two wheelers in school premise. School administrators should be made responsible by LAW that they check the eligibility of students to drive, have proper driving licence and use only allowed CC of scooter/bike as per RTO law. TRAFFIC inspectors are also not doing their duty to stop this illegal driving by school students.
Students learn to drive cycles on the road. But they want to drive together and talk while cycling. Many times two or three cyclists students drive on the road blocking the other vehicles. Many accidents happen while big vehicles take turn or overtaking such students. We blame truck driver or car driver, but generally fault lies with cyclist or two wheelers. I must have saved one person daily on an average on such occasions. I have to apply brakes, blow horns to ask them to give way to my car.
Girls and also boys likes to protect their skin/hair from SUNLIGHT and AIR POLLUTION. So they cover their face completely with cotton cloth (Chooni/Handekerchief). But they do not like to wear HELMET. The two wheelers manufacturers are also running away from their responsibilities for safe driving of their vehicles by their owners. Their design, have to provide space/locking arrangement for two helmets. Also HELMETS should be provided as compulsory accessories with every new two wheelers by LAW.
Two wheeler manufacturers (BAJAJ/HONDA/HERO/TVS/MAHINDRA) also promote their scooters and bike for thrills and race driving in their advertisement. They promote to young target audience as a tool to get the girl friend impressed. They promote risky driving. Even the worst case is TVS Wego.
  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGBjWbzof2Q
They never promote utility value. Many times I think why RTO is not taking any objection on such advertising promoting risky driving. LAW should be made that every advertisement of VEHICLE promotion has to get approval of RTO before releasing.

Indian Teens Today needs guidance on reproductive healthcare issues.: India Today survey a must read by Parents.

INDIA TODAY magazine published cover story on secret life of Indian teens related to CASUAL SEX NET ADDICTION and NOON PARTIES in March 7 2011 issue. The price of this issue is only 25 Rs, so i suggest that every parents of teenage son/daughter should somehow buy or borrow and read it. PARENTS please understand the teenage of ours and teenage of our son/daughter is going through different environments.
One may restrict late NIGHT party, but they may go for NOON party. One may restrict dial-up or broadband to use internet for unwanted websites, but now internet services are available on mobile phones. Maharashtra government closed the BAR-GIRL activities, but many television channels produce programs that titillate YOUTH in our drawing room.

The new bill likely to be tabled during this budget session in Indian parliament may allow consensual sex after the age of 16 years. Except penetrative sex (intercourse) almost other forms of foreplay, kissing, hugging, necking, among same age group will not be an offence. How then parents will react to next generation on moral sexual issues of their beloved son/daughter? How such sexual behavior of school and college students may affect their study?

Tuition classes have created parallel schooling even for bright students. Electronic and print media have brought sex and violence into the drawing room. TV and computers and internet and mobile-phone have occupied the time slot available for sports and arts activities. Calculators helped to reduce logical calculating skills by human brain. Word-spell check helped to ignore learning of grammar and spelling. Email and SMS is creating new word-dictionary. Rising land cost have minimized the sports grounds. Automobile boom have snatched cycling and walking from school children. Fast foods have replaced nutritional fresh diet. Abstinence is slowly replaced by sex experimentation at early age.

An attitude change is needed to develop body and mind during crucial period of adolescence, when sudden growth spurt takes place in the life of human beings. Parent-teenager relationship is under strain. Physical changes and body image are one of the most interested subjects among adolescents. Emotional relationship, infatuations, first love, sexual attraction towards opposite gender will play a very vital role on their behaviour.
Teenagers and teachers want to develop the personalities of students, but time and material resources are not adequately available. The need for adolescence education was identified to build our next generation. The technological developments have changed the life style and it is affecting the body and mind development of the children.

Are you a role model to your teen son and daughter? For all parents who care for their children.

Are you a role model to your teen son and daughter? For all parents who care for their children.

Every father and mother, please introspect and explore: Are you worth as a role model to your own son/daughter?
Every son and daughter is learning 24X7 from you (mother as well as father) mainly, even though you think that they are not looking at your behaviour, they are not feeling the way you are. holding each responsibilities in every relationship.

It is a silent training by observing what their parents are doing. The moral values come from parents practicing and not preaching. If you are smoking in front of your child, it will difficult to say to NO for SMOKING. If you are abusing others in front of them, they will learn from you. If you care and help and love, they will learn from you. Few lines from a son/daughter for the good parents are written as under:

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw you take care of the house and everyone in it
and I learned to take care and live life for others.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw you working on holidays for all
and I learned that the little money can be the special things in others’ life.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw you skip a meal and go hungry,
and I learned that we all have to feed each other.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw you give your time to help underprivileged people
and I learned that those who have something, should give to those who don't.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw how you handled your responsibilities, even when you fell sick
and I learned that I would have support now as you grow old.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw tears come from your eyes
and I learned that sometimes things hurt, but it's alright to cry.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw you in pain and keep silence to yourself
and I wanted to be everything that I could be to you.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I learned your feet walked and travelled a lot
And now I wanted to massage your feet to give rest.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I looked you down with headache and depression,
And now I wanted to give oil massage to your hair and head.

When you thought, I was not knowing,
I saw you murmuring a silent prayer,
and I knew there is a BHAGWANji one could always talk to and trust.

'Thanks for all the things I saw, when you thought I wasn't feeling.'
TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE, WHO DO SO MUCH FOR OTHERS
AND THINK NO ONE EVER SEES.

Why it always happens to me ....?????????

WHY IT ALWAYS HAPPENS TO ME..????
Emotional ups and down in the life of any person throughout the life are expected. This are more prominent during puberty, teenage, adolescence. feamales also have more so during menopause.

One get the feeling that on one understands me!! Even in a crowd, with the presence of lot of persons around, one feels lonely at heart. Friends are enjoying the events and festivals, but here the silent cry goes on. Like to be left alone. But again like to someone. Some friend. Some close one. Some one who can understand my feelings.

May be parents and family relationships help in such trauma. Interactions are necessary. Communications are the need of the hour. do not close the doors literally as well as emotionally, otherwise it may lead you to depression and sucidal symptome in extreme case. Come for counseling and discuss the problem. Life is beautiful, but one should have eyes to see it. there are many others who are more deprived and unhappy and underprivileged and hungry and still surviving.

ANSWER: you must be 19 years now and so bone growth period is almost over by now.
what is the height of your mother and father? Because height is also heredity.
you could have done stretch exercise straight posture corrections,
rope skipping during your puberty years that is 11 to 16 years.
Calcium intake by adequate diet and early morning sunlight to get vitamin D could have helped.
