Tight Jeans Might Be Bad for You?
Fashion motivates youth to wear tight jeans. There has been a lot of talk on, if tight jeans pose a health risk or not. We all know why we do want to wear them and I will not be covering that here. The three reasons that will be discussed are as follows:
1. Suffocate Genitals –
There
are different reasons and ways and outcomes for women and men on this.
Let it
starts with women. Thrush, also known as a yeast infection, can occur because
of your jeans being too tight. When your body is likely to get it, the best way
to try and avoid it, is to let your skin breath.
For men,
many people have talked about low sperm count. Now there is no scientific proof
of this. But it is true that scrotum is out of the main body where sperm gets
produced which is at little lower (2 degrees) temperature than the body
temperature. So do not try to increase the temperature surrounding the scrotum
by wearing tight jeans. Who knows? But if you are worried then take this into
consideration.
For both
men and women, the genital area generally needs to breath and this is a fact.
Do not wear tight jeans all of the time and be aware of the health
implications. Wear it for some time. But when at home, in the night please wear
loose cloths without underwear.
2. Poor
Blood Circulation
Having
anything on really tight is just not good for our body and jeans are no
exception. Make sure you wear loose clothing no less than tight clothing. Your
skin needs to breathe and your blood needs to circulate blood without
increasing the blood pressure. You cannot have certain areas of your body
deprived of good blood flow. You sometime get temporary paralysis type effects
due to poor circulation of blood. When one is sitting on floor for long time,
the blood circulation in certain area of legs get affected. As soon as one gets
up then, the legs may not get feelings sometime due to poor circulation of
blood. That is the reason when you feel giddiness or you become unconscious,
one loosens the dress or change into gown.
3. Hurt
Your Hips.
This one
has been put down because some of us have experienced this personally. After a
night out wearing tight jeans, the next day there are bruises on our hips and
it takes days, to go away. You can’t put jeans again, for a while and that is
not good.
So,
there are a few good reasons as to why tight jeans may be not so good. You can
make up your own mind on this and can disagree if you want. However, it is
always good to be aware of these things whether we like them or not.
