TEENAGERS, BE AWARE! Tobacco uses are the most preventable cause of Cancer death.

TOBBACCO use is the most preventable cause of death.

TEENAGE where one would like to try out smoking...

maybe due to PEER PRESSURE!

We ourselves invite painful(CANCER) death early in our life. Cigarette smoking is a major cause of cancers of the lung, larynx, oral cavity, pharynx and esophagus. It is also a contributing cause in the development of cancers of the other parts.  It is easier to detect when it is in the earliest, most treatable stage. If we, ourselves stop smoking and chewing tobacco; the entire tobacco epidemic would virtually disappear in next few generations. The difficulty is that it will take a conscious decision by the youth not to use tobacco in order to achieve the goal of healthy body with good looks. Stained teeth will not be a good to look at your face.

All forms of tobacco contain NICOTINE, it is a natural part of the tobacco leaf. Majority of TEENAGERS, who experiment with tobacco smoking or chewing, may become addictedslowly. In its pure form, nicotine is a strong poison. A small dose of it, injected directly into the bloodstream, can kill a person. Nicotine works on the brain and other parts of the nervous system. Nicotine is absorbed into the bloodstream through the smoke in a smoker's lungs or through the mucous membranes in the mouth for snuff/chew users. Their bloodstream picks it up and it is quickly pumped by the heart right to the brain-all within a few seconds. Nicotine makes the heart beat faster. This, in turn, increases the breathing rate and causes the body to use more oxygen. It can increase blood pressure.
Is your kid PASSIVE smoking with you?

When people smoke tobacco for the FIRST TIME, the nicotine may make them feel sick to their stomach and dizzy. As they use tobacco more often, the unpleasant feelings go away and the tobacco user gets addicted to the nicotine and grows dependent on the mild stimulant effects. Tobacco users find they need more nicotine-and more and more-in order to get the same feeling they received originally. At that point, the person is physically addicted and will only feel comfortable when nicotine is in their system. Of all addictive behaviors, cigarette smoking and Pan / Gutkha chewing, are the one most likely to become established during adolescence. Passive smoking is also dangerous for persons present in that nearby environment, particularly family members, children, friends....

PASSIVE SMOKING IS DANGEROUS TOO

Most tobacco users make several attempts before they successfully quit tobacco use. Withdrawal symptoms (both physical and psychological) can be very challenging and last longer. It may also extends to DRUG ADDICTION in future.

OMG! Crushes are like, the BEST!!! (But Also Super Weird)

OMG! Crushes are like, the BEST!!!

(But Also Super Weird)

My heart goes.... ohh no....

Okay, so have you ever had just a glance at someone and your stomach does this FLIP FLOP thing? Or

may be waiting in bus for just the arrival of that someone, may be you have written the name in your

notebook a million times with little hearts around it? Yeah, that's called a CRUSH 💗💗💗,  and let

me tell you, it's ROUGH.

The Land of Butterfly Feelings 💕💕💕

Being a teenager is basically like living in a music video with way more pimples and homework.

Suddenly, EVERYONE seems super attractive, especially THAT person. You know, the one who

makes you forget your notebooks in your classroom and blush like a tomato. It's like your brain

is filled with butterflies having a rave party every time they're around.

Wait, This Isn't Exactly Like the Movies...

Here's the thing: crushes in movies are all sunshine and rainbows. But in real life, they can be

kinda...confusing. Suddenly you care WAY too much about what they think, even if they haven't

even noticed you. And don't even get me started on the stalking – I mean, FOLLOWING – them

on social media and freaking out if they don't like your post. (Don't do that, by the way. It's

creepy.)

Is This Even Love? 💘

Hold up! Before you write your wedding vows in glitter pen, let's take a step back. A crush is

intense, but it's usually based on how someone looks or seems from afar. Real love is about

knowing someone for who they are, even the annoying parts.

So What Do I Do About My Crush?

First, breathe!  DeeeeeeeeP breathe.....

It's totally normal to feel this way. The HORMONES playing inside youR Body & Minds!!.....

Here are some tips:

Talk it out: Don't bottle it up in your heart! Tell your Sibling or BFF(duh) or someone you trust (Mother, Bhabhi, Masi,..)...

Get to know them: Maybe they're actually super nice! Or maybe they listen to Justin

Bieber unironically (shudder).

Focus on you: Don't let your crush define you. Rock your hobbies, hang with your

squad, and be awesome!

Mom is the best friend!

The Bottom Line :

Crushes are a wild ride, you may not be able to stop, but they can teach you a lot about yourself and what you want in a future life partner (someone who DOESN'T listen to Justin Bieber, hopefully). Enjoy the butterflies,💕💕💕 but remember, YOU are the real star of your own teen movie. Daily look into your mirror and love that person in your mirror!

Enjoy your fantacy....... fly with feelings .... higher and higher....💗💗💗

QUALITY OF TEACHING, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT NEED OF THE HOUR

 QUALITY OF TEACHING

vs

Expensive infrastructure, expensive uniforms, expensive textbooks....

Time has come to review the quality of teaching across India.

One side government run-free panchayat schools and municipal schools, then the government aided private schools, missionary run convent schools, CBSE, ICSE, IB board schools...

The quality of teaching in expensive infrastructure, expensive uniforms and expensive textbooks also need review. Are these elite schools' students go for NEET JEE EXAMS coaching outside or not?

UNIFORMS wearing TIE, JACKET, BLAZER are not helping much in their brain develiopment for skills. Air-conditioned classroom are also not good for physical health in long run.

Shantiniketan model of Shri Rabindranath Tagore is an example for learning in India. Unfortunately we follow Maqulay model of school education even after 76 years of independence.... GURUKOOL model or say residential school away from main cities and near to nature to be thoght of.

Children need to expose to agriculture, dairy industries and village life also, to know where rual bharat live in and feed us.

How poor and middle class students will get grooming in Panchayat and municipal schools?

State boards, CBSE, ICSE, IB, government schools, Governmanet aided schools, private schools, all should have equal quality of teaching as such.
